Managed Services Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Hands-on sales position
  • Requires strong time management
  • Proven track record of business to business sales success
  • General understanding of IT, Networking and Technology field
  • Strong conceptual abilities, ability to translate complex technology into simple terms
  • Gregarious, outgoing and comfortable working a room of strangers
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call a prospect
  • Killer instinct, competitive spirit, hates to lose
  • Strong network of “Centers of Influence” from who to draw for referrals

Competitive compensation will be offered and will be commensurate with experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Two (1) Years of College, Associates Degree Desired
  • Basic Network Understanding (Equivalent A+ CompTIA level, MCP)
  • Three (1) Years of direct business to business sales experience
  • Two (1) Years of sales or otherwise experience in the IT field
  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel around the Dallas/FortWorth Metroplex

Specific Experience – Ability to Demonstrate

  • Continual sales growth in past positions
  • Meet or exceed sales goals consistently
  • Basic networking, IT and technology understanding
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to listen more than speak
  • Excellent questioning skills
  • Experience managing their own schedule with multiple competing demands
  • Experience with any of the Structured Sales workflow packages: e.g. SalesForce.com

Job Requirements:

  • Follow Connect+Wise methodology and best practices to ensure structured Sales workflow.  Access to Connect+Wise training materials/videos will be provided.
